Glass and Mirror Service
With the craziness of the end of the semester, we had forgotten to schedule a time to get our windshield replaced - something that had to be done before our holiday trip. We called James Auto Glass last week. He ordered the windshield and installed it yesterday. Then he dropped the car off at work so we didn't have to make special arrangements to pick it up.
We'd had a similar experience with this company a fewmonths back. A crack in the windshield of our other car had suddenly grown, and we needed a windshield quick. A call to another local companywas met with a response of, "I'm not sure if we can fit you in. I'll
have to call you back." And there was never a call back. I picked James Auto Glass off the internet, and in short order I had a new windshield with the car delivered to my place of work. I'd dropped the car off the afternoon before, and they locked it in their garage for safe keeping until they could do the work the next morning.
This small company is efficient, professional, courteous, and cost-effective. We will be referring friends.
