We recently relocated to Roswell, NM and left our living room furniture behind in our PA home for our grown sons. Glenn's Furniture was recommended to us by a co-worker. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted and assisted in finding the section of living room furniture. The selections were numerous and prices ranged from the very affordable to top of the line. The owners, Pat and Bill (brother and sister) allowed us plenty of breathing space to browse and not feel pressured. Pat was extremely adept at anticipating and answering our questions and clearly had great command of her inventory (colors, fabrics, framing, manufacturer's location, quality, durability etc.) She's knowledgable, friendly and very easy to speak with!  We explained that we were pretty excited to be able to purchase furniture, as moving from the East Coast had wiped us out and that we'd finally saved enough to purchase just what we wanted.  Glenn's was already having a sale, but Pat assured us that she would "work up a good number" for us, and proceeded to save us an additional $200.00 on the sofa sale price. We wanted a matching rocker recliner to go with the reclining sofa, and while she did not have one on hand, she lost no time writing up an order for us. Jokingly, my son asked if Glenn's had same day delivery, and without missing a beat, Pat had it arranged and told us that delivery is free. (what?) No kidding, we left the store and 3 hours later, the sofa was in our very empty living room, delivered by two very courteous and extremely punctual men. I've lived my whole life (I'm 50yrs old) in Pennsylvania, but had to move to Roswell, New Mexico to see customer service done very well. A family owned business, run competently by knowledgable people, willing to provide quality furniture at reasonable prices - and free delivery! We will return to Glenn's to purchase the rest of our living room accessories, browse the selection, check out the sales, and are recommending that our friends and work associates do the same.
