They were supposed to replace a roof damaged by hail in 2008. My insurance paid to have an EQUAL roof installed. First, the shingles they used were nothing like the ones they replaced, They were far inferior and the color was completely different. They were very thin and within 6 months, a Roswell windstorm blew off a big section. They repaired it. Within the next 12 months, the same section blew off 4 times. They have since gone out of business. I can see why!! Also on the south side of the house, which is the LARGE section that everyone can see when approaching the house, there is a HUGE zig-zag where they obviously used either a different color or different lot number for the shingles. They were supposed to "do something" about that. NOTHING was done! I started complaining to them immediately when the roof was completed. I got the run-around from the owner and the shingle company. This was all ridiculous because I worked for an excellent roofing company in California for 18 years and I knew what needed to be done. They didn't leave any of the extra shingles so there is nothing here to use for replacement. I can't afford to sue them and I can't afford to replace the roof again with a decent one. Oh yeah....and the owner is my neighbor!! haha  Some neighbor!! Praying for another hailstorm is all I can do at this point! About a year ago when the "section" blew off again, I tried calling them but they were out of business.

I am in the process of sueing them to get our money back after we hired them and the refused to do the job.
