Our family has been in the carpet and tile cleaning industry for over 30 years, and I have 14+ years of hands on experience. I currently have a commercial and residential contractors license which helps in all aspects of carpet and tile cleaning. We specialize in water remediation and have extensive knowledge of various carpet and tile finishes. This allows us to clean your home or office the precise way it should be done

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH JASON WAS FABULOUS! That is why I am writing this review, 4 mos later. I am just astonished still how good our floors look. When Jason arrived they were in pitiful shape. I really didn't think they'd ever look good. Lo & behold, I was so wrong. Jason is such a pleasant guy & hard worker, who aims to please. His equipment is state of the art which also makes a huge difference, as to the finished result! Our home floors look like brand new!!! My feet are SO HAPPY!!! My husband even comments all the time what a great guy Jason is & how he is such a diligent worker. Jason truly was a gift from God!!! So blessed to know him!

Best carpet cleaning ever. I was very impressed with Jason and his work ethic. He made sure all stains were out including pet stains and odors! His equipment appeared new and top notch. He used soft water and I could see steam coming from the wand. Plus, my carpet was dry in a couple of hours. I used other companies in the past and paid more, but I was very disappointed with them. He was very friendly and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. I will definitely use Desert Palms from now on.
