Fortunately, I had a pencil and some paper so that DARA could outline a pattern for the chair which she saw when she was kind enough to come to my home on August 15th so that I wouldn't have to schlep the chair to her place of business. I also gave her the worn-out cover for the tempur-pedic cushion to use as a pattern for the replacement I needed so that I could insert/zip the tempur-pedic cushion into the new cover. I then went to DARA's to select the material I wanted for my cushions.
After several delays, frustrating calls, and a few trips back and forth for corrections that needed to be made, I finally got my purchases in mid-September. Although I would recommend DARA's for anyone else, I have to add that in the future, if I need a new seat cover or seat/back cushions, I'm sure I'll make my own.
