Jordan Cillis from and quot;Carpet Clinicand quot; was very professional, and came in and assessed the problem. He then went to work to dry the carpet, and check for any problems with the drywall by using infrared to see where all the moisture was, and where it was coming from. It took a few days, but we were able to save the carpet, and get a roof and a drywall person in to fix the water problem. Jordan came almost every day just to check to see if things were going well...I would hire Jordan from and quot;Carpet Clinicand quot; again. Great family owned business that still cares about its customers.

This is a family owned company who has been around for a long time and they did a fabulous job. I have shag carpet and it was never cleaned. They did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. They know a lot about what they are doing and their price was fair for how dirty the place was. The price was well worth it. They even sent me a thank you card.
