TV Service - Cable
We entered into a contract for cable television. When we were moving, we called to get our service moved as well only to find out they don't provide service to our new area. We thought we would be stuck with penalties for ending our contract ahead of time, but they let us out of the contract.

Started out great until I found out it only takes a few days before they say you exceeded your allotment for the month .A bill that was supposed to be around $25.00 turned into almost $ 85.00 so I dumped it.

Poor! My internet still slows down to 3-5 Mbps while I pay for 10 Mbps unlimited. No resolution or reasonable usage increased speed offered.
I complained about slow speed multiple times like 1/2 or 1/3 of what I pay for and got no resolution. Offered higher speed with very limited downloads. Netflix uses 160 Gb a month so a 50 GB limit is unacceptable solution with added fees per GB. No resolution made. Service still slows down and tech for Roswell NEVER called me. Had BBB involved and had no resolutions. Service still sucks at times and can not get a faster connection without limits.
UPDATE
Told new options are coming for unlimited. Get 50 Meg for same price elsewhere and less in big cities. After complaining Cable one delivered 10 Meg regular for $60 a month. Very reliable connection rarely go down. Unless they send a surge and it blows your filter then they try to charge you to come over and test it inside your house (New fee if problem is inside house just like land line phone). Be nice when other fast options are available from DSL or other cheaper services.

IT DID NOT GO AT ALL! They say they offer 24/7 customer service and you can get a busy signal for hours.
