He told me it would take a couple of days to stall the sprinkler system. It took a week. Since then, 1. sprinkler heads are leaking, there are little puddles around the sprinkler head; 2. there is a dry spot where the water is not hitting the ground; 3. a set of sprinklers come on but they don't pop up. It just make a little puddle around the sprinkler head. At first I have called him and he tells me he will be there. He might come, he might not. I have left several text messages. He answered maybe one with he will be here but he did not show. I have called but he does not answer so I left a message. He does not call me back. I have left several other text messages but he does not answer and he does not fix my sprinklers. The installation was finished July 28. This is now the last day of August 31. Yesterday, August 30 someone else called on my behalf. Ethan said he would be there that afternoon. He never came. My sprinkler system is still not working properly.
