BAC will ONLY repair roofs that they have installed or do new installs. Do not call if you just need work done.

I had a leak in my roof after the membrane roofing was put on. BAC agreed to come back out and determined that it was the shingles portion of the roof that we did not have replaced. They agreed to replace it and I no longer have a leak in my roof.

The were great and even after the big hail storm up here in LA, they came back to check and make sure things were ok.

This company does roofing all over New Mexico, not just in southern NM.
I am in Los Alamos and contacted them in May 2011. I got a response back the next day to set up an appointment within a week to go over my roofing problem. The person I talked to did a good job of explaining their product. He knew the ins and outs of Los Alamos' building code for roofing and explained that he would take care of getting the permit.
He let me know that there was a long waiting list in front of me and the wait would be about 3 months even though they ran 5 roofing crews.
I signed a contract with BAC. 50% would be expected at the time they started the job and the rest on completion.
When it got close to the end of the 3 month wait. I was called and updated on the status of the start date.
The supervisor was at the job sight on the starting date to organize the job. The workers did a good job. I have a small roof but I was still suprised at how fast they completed the work. They did a good job of cleaning up after they were done and did not leave a mess. They were careful with my plants and things around the house.
The supervisor made sure the roof inspector signed off on the job.
I was impressed when 2 weeks after the job, after a big rain storm an inspector from the company (one that didn't work on the job) came out and made a final inspection of the roof
