Excellent, Matt was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He answered all of my questions as was extremely professional.

The inspection went really well. Problems were explained in detail and relative importance was conveyed accurately. The inspector showed me things like which breaker controlled which circuits and where my main water shutoff was located. He was responsive to my questions and was not impatient when I asked him to explain things a second time.

We have hired Matt twice for inspections and both times we were very impressed with his thoroughness and detail. He provided a professional and easy to understand report and made himself available to explain the report in detail as well as take follow-up questions. We would highly recommend him and will be calling him ourselves if we need another inspection.

Matt was very responsive from first contact when many others were not. Answered all our questions. Provided complete info. Excellent communication. Was honest about what was beyond his scope and what other inspections we needed to hire. Report allowed us to get purchase price reduced. Overall happy. A bit pricey for what we were told by others inspections should cost but he was thorough.

Very thorough inspection with the inspector spending time discussing any findings he would be putting on the report.

I am very pleased with WIN home inspections. i had been very displeased with the last 2 home inspection companies I have hired.But this company did a very thorough, very detailed serivice ,prompt.Very good job, I am quite pleased

Here's the thing.  I bought there service nearly 6 months ago.  I am writing a review today because: (1) I promised I would and (2) they were courteous, fun, and got the job done.  Could not recommend them more.

Bonnie and Paul were both great to work with. Paul arrived about 15 minutes early ready to work. He was extremely detailed in his inspection and took time to help educate and point out little things. The inspection lasted about 2 1/2 hours and by the time he was done I was sure that we would have no surprises in the future about the condition of the house. On Fri. Oct 17th Paul provided us a 36 page detailed report of all the findings with recommendations. I would strongly recommend Paul and Bonnie for home inspection services.

Paul, who did the inspection, and his wife (?) on the phone were both extremely helpful.  We had little time before signing the purchase agreement due to information about school loans getting to the bank late.  Paul was able and willing to make a few changes in his schedule to accommodate us and came out early so he could get the inspection done.  
Paul is very knowledgeable and continues to do Home Inspections as a chance to help educate new home owners.  I'm glad he is still in the business!  After Paul was done he walked my wife through the house (I was still at work, I caught up with them halfway through the walk through) and patiently explained every item he had found and was putting on the report.  Paul had a few things that were of moderate safety concerns, and a lot of tips for us!  For example, he pointed out that a vent in our ceiling for the evaporative cooler had been installed incorrectly and we would be losing a lot of money not closing it off in the winter.  Inspection paid for right there!  Paul also had tons of maintenance tips for us as he went through the house.  I am by no means ignorant and still got a lot of good information from him.
The report WIN put together is very detailed, was very quick in coming, and is something I'll keep around for a long time to remind me of the little projects I want to get done.
Peace of mind going into a purchase is invaluable, I would trust Paul any day with that peace of mind.

It was a very positive experience overall.  Paul was punctual, professional and thorough.  He spent over 4 hours inspecting the house and attached structures.  Additionally, he showed/taught us constantly, and gave tips for future maintenance.  As first time home buyers, we thoroughly appreciated the knowledge he shared with us throughout the process.  Paul checked everything, from appliances to the roof to crawlspace.  While his inspection fee is higher than average, I believe it ultimately saved us money by giving us all the information we needed to make an offer on the house.  Thank you Paul.

Win Home Inspection was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They arrived at the home early and had prepared everything in advance (pre-filled forms, setting up ladders, removed drain covers) all to help make the inspection smooth. They were very knowledgeable and provided lots of information that would be helpful to homeowners such as recommended maintenance and tips about utilities and home appliances. Would absolutely use them again in the future.

We were very happy with our inspector, Paul Norris. He arrived early to the appointment. He took care to explain the scope of his work and the contract we had to sign. It was a Friday afternoon, but he didn't try to rush through the inspection.  I was impressed by the small details he noticed.  He explained everything to us as he went along, offering tips on maintenance, and he also took photos for inclusion in his report, which he emailed to us a couple of days later. We noticed one small thing missing, and when we pointed it out, he immediately sent us a revised copy. For what it's worth, we also asked our realtor before hiring him to survey her colleagues for their experiences. Their responses were generally positive; the only criticisms were that he "takes a long time" and is a kind of a "know it all," which we figured was another way of saying "thorough" and "knowledgeable." We hope not to move again any time soon, but we would certainly hire him again if we did.

WIN performed a thorough inspection of a home that we will be buying in New Mexico. The representative from WIN was very qualified and capable. Further, the report provided by WIN was of a high quality and very useful.

Neglected to mention a door that was off the hinges and standing against the wall in a 5 x7 storage room off the e garage.  Simple oversight and thought they would stand behind the quality and thoroughness of their work.  To my surprise this was not the case.  Immediately went to offering binding arbitration as the only solution.   Be sure to read the fine print in the inspection agreement.
What is the point of hiring a home inspector if they don't pick up on a missing door?  I'm now concerned about what else he may have missed. 
My my advice.....look for a different inspector.  Also, the national company would not even attempt to work this out.

Inspector was courteous, prompt and professional.  He pointed out areas of concern and was very helpful.  I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed and would use this company again.

Paul came out to do the inspection, and was there at least 20 minutes early because that was when I arrived.  He was thorough, answered the questions I asked  and his report was detailed and prompt.  I would use him again.  My only major issue was that I sent him an email asking some questions before hand, and received no response, but I am glad I followed up with him.

We were in the process of buying a home. We wanted a home inspector that we felt comfortable with and that could fit the needs of our schedule. They were flexible, courteous and through.  His wife works with him and she was also very helpful.  He was very professional. You get what you are paying for. The price is very reasonable. You get good value for your money. The report came in the next day and it was so thorough.
