All this done promptly and professionally.
The night before I had a nightmare of an experience with Affordable Locks. I had called because I had locked my keys in my car. They told me they would be 40 minutes to an hour. I then asked if they took credit cards. They said they did but they would prefer checks or cash and that the driver would drive me to an atm. I am a female alone at night. I am not getting into a car with a man I don't know, much less let him drive me anywhere. When I told the dispatch I did not have an ATM card and that all I had was credit, he sounded put out and then said it would be an hour before someone got there. That was at 7:40.........8:45 rolls around and the locksmith is not there. I called only to be told he's 15 minutes away. They finally show up around 9:10 and Im very upset. Im trying not to say anything to this guy and he starts asking me if Im always that serious and using this tone of voice like Im some dumb little woman. After trying to pull on a lock that pushes and pulling on the door handle multiple times, He finally unlocks it. only to have my passenger door fail to open from the outside........went to a mechanic this morning and turns out its broken and the only way that could happen is from yanking on the handle really hard. I finally get into my car and he informs me that its 45 dollars just to get out there and the rest is labor charges. I paid 105 dollars that night.
This horrendous experience made me realize I should have called West Mesa which would have only charged me 65 dollars to do it. (Since I was outside Rio Rancho). And they would not have broken my car. These guys are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them if you ever need to get back into your car.
