Very well. Carlos provided very helpful advice when he came to our house to provide an estimate. Isaac provided excellent service when I purchased the locks as well as when he installed the locks. Both Carlos and Isaac were both very professional and courteous.

West Mesa arrived quickly, keyed all the locks to the same key. Three of the locks were in poor condition. He replaced the broken plastic patio door locking mechanism with a metal rod, realigned the strike plate to the door jam on another door and tightened the loose front door lock. He was very professional, thorough and efficient. We will not hesitate to use their services again!

Perfectly. I spent all of about 5 minutes there and everything works great. In the past we've had nothing but trouble with keys from Lowes, Home Depot, ACE, etc. Never a problem with keys from West Mesa. And they are all nice people!

Carried my problem into the store at 4:00 PM on Friday. Three young men appeared from the back of the shop, diagnosed my problem (a broken shaft), and repaired the lock in less than 5 minutes. All smiles.

Felix was very professional yet friendly.  He re-keyed 12 locks quickly and efficiently.  He also advised that a lock that I don't usually use (the door between the house and garage) should always be locked.

Very nice and professional.  We are new to the area and he was extremely nice,  and pointed out a problem with the door and repaired that too.

I purchased 2 deadbolts from West Mesa and scheduled to have them installed. The staff there is very friendly and courteous. They came to the house on time and the install went well. I did have a few issues with the installation and when I pointed this out several days later to the owner, he immediately scheduled a time for them to come out and remedy my issues. They came out the second time and fixed everything to my liking. I do recommend them and would definitely call on them in the future.

I went to check on a former home of mine that is currently listed for sale. When I attempted to unlock the deadbolt, the cylinder came part way out of the lock. It was in a position where I couldn't remove the key. When I tried to move the cylinder to let me remove the key, the key snapped off in my hand. (sigh) I called West Mesa Lock and Safe. The tech came to the house and used a new deadbolt I'd bought to replace the old one. He re-keyed the new lock to match the old key (I had a second one luckily). This meant I didn't have to have my realtor swing by the house and put a new key in the lockbox.
All this done promptly and professionally.

Very well. I needed to rekey locks on two rental properties we just purchased. West Mesa Lock came highly recommended by my real estate agent and also family members who had used them before. They were prompt, professional and very helpful. They completed the work in a short period of time. The work was very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others needing locksmith services.

It was fantastic! I had just locked myself out of my car on accident and I happened to be in the same shopping complex as their business. I walked in and told them about my problem and they came right out and got me into my car. They were courteous and professional. I had used West Mesa before to get me into my car when I locked myself out. Every time they have been punctual (always arriving when they said they would) and very professional. The prices are extremely reasonable. It would typically be 45 dollars to get my doors unlocked (if you were broken down in Rio Rancho), but since I had locked myself out in the parking lot, they only charged me 25 dollars.
The night before I had a nightmare of an experience with Affordable Locks. I had called because I had locked my keys in my car. They told me they would be 40 minutes to an hour. I then asked if they took credit cards. They said they did but they would prefer checks or cash and that the driver would drive me to an atm. I am a female alone at night. I am not getting into a car with a man I don't know, much less let him drive me anywhere. When I told the dispatch I did not have an ATM card and that all I had was credit, he sounded put out and then said it would be an hour before someone got there. That was at 7:40.........8:45 rolls around and the locksmith is not there. I called only to be told he's 15 minutes away. They finally show up around 9:10 and Im very upset. Im trying not to say anything to this guy and he starts asking me if Im always that serious and using this tone of voice like Im some dumb little woman. After trying to pull on a lock that pushes and pulling on the door handle multiple times, He finally unlocks it. only to have my passenger door fail to open from the outside........went to a mechanic this morning and turns out its broken and the only way that could happen is from yanking on the handle really hard. I finally get into my car and he informs me that its 45 dollars just to get out there and the rest is labor charges. I paid 105 dollars that night.
This horrendous experience made me realize I should have called West Mesa which would have only charged me 65 dollars to do it. (Since I was outside Rio Rancho). And they would not have broken my car. These guys are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them if you ever need to get back into your car.
