The professionalism and politeness and efficiency of this UPS Store has changed 1000% with the new owners.  I asked if they were new owners, because the last time I went here, the service was abysmal.  Not so today and I will once again do my UPS business at this location.  They are great!

It is ok there prices are what is expected from a UPS store however the store manager is rude afterall we pay $15 a month for a box rental we are helping to keep him in business and he acts like its a hardship to provide customer service. If you want a box and you don't want to feel as if you are imposing on the owner then rent somewhere else.
