Came on date as promised. Took a couple of hours. Took down the tree, removed the stump, cleaned up afterwards. Professionally done.

Only real complaint was how estimate amount was handled. Written estimate just had one number. When the job was done, the worker called the boss and claimed we owed more because of taxes. First we heard of that issue. We had prepared a check before hand, gave him that and that was the end of it. In short, they did the job expected and we paid as expected, We just had to be a little firm. Since there's plenty of competition, we likely would call someone else, but I'm not sure we'd get any better service. I think the amount paid was fair for the work done.
