Southwest Home Control

I called Brent because he has A reports on Angie's List.  Not sure why.  He answered the phone & I guess he spoke before the connection was fully made because all I heard was a little blurb of voice.  I said "hello?", and he responded "This is BRENT" in an extremely rude, irritated tone.  I hung up on him.  Not sure how he thinks that is a good way to treat customers.

Brent was referred to us from a friend/home theaterphile. He called and we scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time (important to us) He listened to what we wanted to do and respectfully upgraded our ideas with "future thought: in mind. We were thrilled that an expert would take the time to explain what we wanted and how we could benefit from enhanced ideas to prepare for the future as well. He explained things in terms we could understand since we are not audio or video philes. He suggested things things without selling and made sense as to why we should enhance our ideas. Brent gave us a quote and set specific dates for service to be completed. All very important to us because he understood the constraints that we were under. He wrote a list of what we needed and itemized his quote so we new exactly what to expect. Brent showed up to complete the work exactly on time. He did an extraordinary amount of work and did so with professionalism and courtesy. In short, Brent went over and above to do and excellent job.
