JCH failed to pay their subcontractor and there is a $17,000 lien on our home. There was no communication about challenges with the subcontractor prior to the subcontractor arriving on our doorstep to inform us he had not been paid and he was filing a lien on our home; despite the fact the subcontractor knew we paid the general contractor in full. JCH also failed to permit the project.

Joseph Homes Inc. did a quality and timely work. If I ever have any other remodeling, I sure would use them in the future.
