Santi's Barber Shop and Salon

I live in Bernalillo, just south of Highway 550. I have had to drive 8 miles south to find a decent barber shop, rather than the Supercuts locally, where barbers change continually and the quality is fair. Santi's opened a few months ago, so I gave it a try. I was able to set up an appointment with Maurice Green, the owner. He was friendly, courteous and professional and did an excellent job. There are other barbers and stylists for ladies, and the reviews are very good. Prices are the same as most shops locally. The shop is spacious and clean, and they also have an air hockey table to provide entertainment for children while they wait. If you live in Bernalillo, especially near the Enchanted Hills area, I highly recommend this barber shop as the best in the area. Services are primarily cash only, but Maurice and one of the stylists take credit cards.
