The owner is Ray Chinapi. He is really friendly, and gets the job done. He even goes to the extent of running to the home store to find a piece of equipment. He is also reliable. I would definitely refer him to friends. His rates are very reasonable, depending upon the job, he charges between $30 and $40 an hour. He breaks it down for you, what all he has bought and shows you everything. He is very honest.
