We arrive on time and identify problems, discuss solutions, explain the process, give professional recommendations and answer all questions before the work begins. They did an excellent job of pre-treating stains and steam cleaning my carpets in 3 rooms. The carpets were cleaner than I expected and odorless.

Kelly and Kathy arrived early, discussed the job and costs, vacuumed, pre-treated, cleaned, and applied protectant. Only issue: price was quoted as $150 and did not mention extras for pet stains or ScotchGuard treatment. The actual price includes $130 for 4 rooms, $60 for pet stain treatment in 3 rooms, $100 for ScotchGuard in 4 rooms, and tax.

"Basic cleaning only was offered but customer decided he wanted to add additional services of pet urine treatment & Scotchgard which is always an additional cost. All options & pricing were discussed before any work was started and customer was free to decline these services as many customers have in the past."

Kelly and Cathy were great! My carpet is light, and hasn't looked this good in years. I would definitely recommend Rio Rancho Carpet Cleaners to anyone. They also clean tile and area rugs. Fantastic experience!

Our carpets have not been this clean in 20 years! Best carpet cleaning service we have ever had! We thought we had a good vacuum cleaner. This team extracted dog hair from our carpet that was probably from dogs that have been dead and gone for 10 years! They have the equipment, and the skills to get the job done! We will only use Rio Rancho Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning LLC in the future.

Kelly did an amazing job, and was very thorough. He did an amazing job getting rid of the stains. We had some pet stains that he even came back to make sure the smell was gone.
