The office was small, but very clean. The receptionist, Denise, was very kind and efficient at getting all checked in, and providing vaccination information. Dr. Cressy was very prompt and courteous. She appeared genuinely concerned and her love of animals is readily apparent. She weighed Zoe, checked her heart and temperature. We had several discussions about heartworm, vaccinations and general cleaning of the teeth. She was very straightforward about any recommendations she had concerning the health of Zoe, and was very open and responsive to the multitude of questions that I had. Zoe received a rabies vaccination, a dental exam and a heartworm test. Denise called the very next day to inform me of the heartworm test results. Zoe will be going back for a dental cleaning (one of the best prices I have found in town!) , a distemper/parvo booster (never had one since being a puppy) and any future healthcare issues we may encounter. I really appreciated the conservative approach that Dr. Cressy seemed to have concerning the care of my pet. Oftentimes, it seems that a lot of vets just want to do everything under the sun, whether its necessary or not! Thank you, Dr Cressy and staff, for making a somewhat apprehensive visit to the vet a pleasant one.
