Pure Elements Hair Studio

I started going to Loretta about a year ago. I love the time she takes to do my hair...both cut and color. Her shop is very clean and very welcoming. Her prices are very reasonable. I always love how my hair looks when Loretta is done. I absolutely recommend Pure Elements Hair Salon......and especially Loretta !

The last few places were a disaster ! Needed someone ASAP, came to Angie's List. Loretta (owner) and her associates came highly recommended. Scared, but I called and made an appointment. Best, Best thing I ever did ! Need someone who knows EXACTLY what they are doing.....call Loretta at Pure Elements.... she will do you right, you will not be sorry!

Loretta is a really nice person. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. We both had really nice results. She listened to what we wanted and did what we expected.

Loretta was amazing! My hair had quite a bit of damage from prior highlight bleaching. Plus I didn't know exactly what kind of a style cut I wanted. Loretta suggested coloring instead of bleaching, and she really listened to what I wanted. She had great suggestions... I decided on some options, then just let her do her magic. Best style/highlights I've ever received!

She did a decent cut but she would not listen to what I wanted. While the cuts were OK, the styling was painful. I was hit in the head with the brush with every turn of the brush. My scalp hurt for 2 days after the last styling. It is too bad that the styling was more than uncomfortable as I would have stayed with her had it not been so painful to be styled. I have never thought that I had a sensitive scalp before.

I went into the salon with a bad perm that was causing my hair to fall out when I tried to brush it. Loretta took off all of the bad perm and left my hair a medium length which I can style until I grow it again. I was very pleased with the service. Loretta was very sweet and I was taken in right away even though I arrived early. I would highly recommend this salon. The price is right, she did wonders for my hair and the service is friendly and helpful.

Heidi did an excellent job. This is the best hair cut for my hair type and style I have ever had.

Went amazingly well! Perfect red highlights...Heidi knows exactly where and how many highlights to blend in with my light brown and blonde.

This was my first experience at this salon. I was visiting Albuquerque and found reviews of Loretta's work on Angie's list. I arrived a bit early and Loretta took me right back. She did a great job on all levels...good color, cut, highlighting, trim and styling. She listened carefully to what I hoped to have done. Very professional. I will definitely use her services again.

Loretta was waiting for me when I arrived - so no waiting which I liked. She listened when I described what I liked and didn't like as far as my hairstyle was concerned. She suggested a shorter casual style and showed me several suggested pictures. She washed my hair, cut and styled it and I was pleased with the results.

My hair has a little natural wave and if it isn't cut right I can not manage it. Loretta took the time to see how it grows and cuts it accordingly. The highlights are just the color I wanted. I will be making this my beauty shop.

Loretta was my hair stylist and she took lots of time to discuss exactly what I wanted and how she would do it. She paused at different times to make sure I was happy with how it was proceeding. I went from fairly long hair to much shorter and am very happy with the outcome. Most important she took the time to listen to what I wanted and looked at the pictures I brought with me. I am very happy with the outcome and would certainly use her again.

Just recently moved to Albuquerque and went to Angie's list to try to find a stylist. Chose Pure Elements Hair Studio because of great reviews. Loretta was wonderful - best haircut ever received and did a beautiful job on the color and highlights. Very professional, kind, and a real find. So glad I made the choice to try Pure Elements Hair Studio.

did.What a nice place to have my hair done. Loretta was attentive and professional, warm and friendly. I needed my hair trimmed and wanted something "fun".
I suggested getting pink and purple highlights (subtle but there), Loretta explained about the processes and suggested a pretty yellow and red and I'm glad she did. It looks great. She did it on a conservative basis, per my request, but I wish I had gone a little more wild.
I'm 57 and thought oh why not...My husband loves it...LOL
I will be going back again!

Since my first visit with Heidi at Pure Elements, my family and I jokingly refer to her as the "Hair Whisperer." Within the first visit, she told me more about my hair than I knew! She knows exactly how to get it done and give you a cut that will flatter you and suit your needs.

She is so good I drive from Albuquerque to Rio Rancho to get my hair done. She is very reasonable for her talent. She's very pleasant to be around for that length of time I'm having my hair done. I've referred a lot of friends to her. She's been so good that they've ended up bringing their family members in to her.
