I personally use Pirate Pest for my home and for my property management business. We have used Jay since he started his business in 2007 and have never been disappointed. He not only sprays for pests but he sweeps the porch and educates you about how to better prevent pests from invading your home. I highly recommend Jay and his company.

the house as well as the perimeter and
around the railroad ties of the garden area.

I have recommended him and I would rate him really high. He has become kind of our friend. When we moved we got in touch with him and continued to use him. He is outstanding. He understands his bugs and he knows what he is looking for in any given season. He is very thorough and we just got to know a couple of years ago that we can pay him for the year and we get a 10% off. He sprays every three months but if we pay him for the year we get a break on the money. He guarantees his stuff and if I see a bug or something I can just call him and he would redo it. I never had to call him though in the last 10 years.

He does a really good job and we don't have any pest concerns, and if we do, he is very good about getting to us very quickly, I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service. Arrived on time and did very thorough job. The spray used did leave a slight green discoloration on the cement areas and on the house, but the barrier seems to work very well. We set up a monthly service during the summer months to help keep insects at bay.

The owner Jay is very professional. I have been using him since he started his business a few years ago. He is very educational on how to prevent further infestations and responds quickly if he does not resolve the issue the first time. If I have any questions, he takes the time to answer them as thoroughly as possible, making sure I understand what is going on. He has also done pest control for me at my rental properties and is very courteous to the tenants.

We just moved into a 3-year old home that had been vacant for almost 9 months. We had ants on both floors and hadn't been in the house long enough to decide if there were any other tenants before we called Jay at Pirate Pest Control. Jay arrived, photographed the home, explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions before he started. I was fixing up the home getting ready to move in while Jay did his work. He spent 60-75 minutes walking through the home and around its perimeter. After he finished, we talked over a couple of bottles of water about preventative measures that can be taken to minimize pest activity in our home. My wife and I were quite pleased and invited him back for his regular bi-monthly visit. It's been 1 week since his visit and we haven't noticed a single ant or any other critter. If we do, Jay has made himself available with his built-in guarantee. I suspect we won't need him for another couple of months.

We just recently moved here from the Northwest and were shocked to discover the townhouse we were renting was being invaded by biting fire ants. Our landlord gave us Jay's number and he was amazing! He's been here a couple of times and has always been thorough, informative (he's a wealth of knowledge), and totally responsive, even to one urgent, late night panicked call during a final return visit of the ants. He's amazing. He s great at what he does, and a nice person to have at your house, too. I whole-heartedly recommend him.
