+ -1 morePAT MUNIZ SAID ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THAT HE WOULD PAY ME MY MONEY BACK. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK OR PAY ME BACK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. BECAUSE HE GAVE ME THE "RUNAROUND" FOR SO LONG, I HAVE HAD TO ACCEPT THAT HIS WORD IS NO GOOD AND THAT HIS INTENTIONS ARE TO NOT DO THE WORK OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEREFORE, I SEE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO TAKE CIVIL LITIGATION, WHICH WE ARE WILLING TO DROP IF WE ARE REPAID OUR MONEY.
Description of Work: WORK (TREE AND STUMP REMOVAL) WAS CONTRACTED TO START ON 06/12/07 AND END ON 06/19/07, AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. DESPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO HAVE THEM START THE WORK, IT WAS NEVER STARTED.
