Heidi did a wonderful job! She is very dedicated and very sensitive as well as discreet. She was also very professional. We worked with her for about a year. She has totally transformed my life! I have a real home now! I can see the floors and my files are organized to where I can find everything. She was great with recommending various home organizing items that helps keep the house in order.

It went fairly well. I was able to get ahold of Heidi on very short notice who cleared her schedule that evening to go and do the work. She provided her husband as well. It took them roughly two (2) hours. It would have been much smoother had I been able to be onsite, but me, as owner, am stuck in a rehab facility for a BKA and had to coordinate all by phone. I also was grateful to Heidi and spouse for being pet friendly as my shy cat lived in the closet they had to clean out. She was very upset at being dislodged from her hidden sleeping area but it was necessary,

Heidi knew instantly which items were best suitable for donating, selling, or trashing. I had to realistically ask whether the item was something I could actually make or do, and whether it was something I WANTED to make. She folded everything up and placed it in its appropriate location. There was so much stuff (a lot of little things, too), that it took 8 hrs, and we ended up with several large trash bags, several boxes to be donated, and the rest to be sewn (or donated if I didn't get to it in a reasonable period of time!). I can now walk into that room, as the floor is clear, and the closet is practically empty now. She is fast and efficient. If you can't stand all that time, you just sit and she brings the stuff to you to filter. Doing this has made me excited to get back into sewing again. I had procrastinated for too many years.

Heidi is exactly the person I needed, plus she is the greatest to work with. She is controlling, which I needed because I'm a stubborn, procrastinator. I had a junk room, a junk garage and a guest bedroom that was on its way to becoming a junk room, I needed help.
Heidi came over and immediately started to work. Engaging the assistance of a friend and her son and a couple of his friends when necessary, we went through identifying junk, yard sale items, and items to keep, and you better have a good reason why you want
to keep it. Heidi’s principle is “If you haven’t used it in a year get rid of it!” She organized a great yard sale, got rid of all the junk, and began helping me organize the garage, cleaned and organized all the tools and cleaned and every nail, screw, bolt and nut… yes, every nail, screw, bolt and nut and organized them all. She turned the junk room into an office and organized all the items I am selling on Ebay. I now have an organized garage I can actually get my truck into, and a great office. Would I recommend her, OH yes! Will I
use her services again…..OH yes!

Heidi is punctual, works hard, yet gently moves the client along to get to goal, whatever that is on the organizing and decluttering. I plan to use her again. Her rates are very fair, especially to senior citizens.

I’ve lived in my home for 14 years, and I have been acquiring household items extensively the entire time. In short, I am a hoarder. I had so many clothes that every closet in the house was stuffed full and there were extra clothes on the guest bed stacked up to the ceiling fan. Many had never been worn. I also collected more kitchen antiques for decoration than could fit in my kitchen. I am a quilter, but I had so much quilting fabric that I literally was unable to walk into my sewing room—it was stuffed! Our den was piled high with clutter except for a narrow path to the living room. Every flat surface in the house was stacked high with shambles of odds and ends. We had to stand up to eat. We used to entertain extensively, but as the clutter mounted our ability invite guests into our home diminished. Friends and relatives that used to stay overnight at our home eventually had to find a hotel instead. I also hoarded soap, washcloths, towels, books, and food. The problem became worse and worse, until my husband and I decided to repaint the inside of the house and install new carpet. We also decided to take this opportunity to reorganize our home and hired Heidi to help us. After a month of hard work, we now have a model home!
Heidi was firm, but not harsh. She gently prodded me to let go of the things I never use (most of it!) and reorganize the rest into a truly beautiful and homey setting. Her constant catch phrase was, “Do you like it? Do you love it? Can you live without it?” Heidi was always positive and completely nonjudgmental, helping me to see de-hoarding as a wonderful opportunity to create a beautiful home. She helped me choose a different motif for each room and to keep just the decorations and things I need to fit a room’s motif. She had the brilliant idea of combining my office and my sewing room, which will help me keep the sewing room clutter to a minimum because I really need my office. She helped me shop for organizational materials that will help me stay organized, and was filled with helpful tips and strategies for just that—staying organized! She helped me organize the two most amazing yard sales I’ve ever seen to get rid of the stuff I didn’t use. I’ve been an avid yard-saler for years, which is how I acquired a lot of my stuff in the first place, but I’ve never seen such throngs of people at any yard sale as attended mine. The front of our house, for 50 yards in both directions, was practically a traffic hazard. But, fortunately, our neighbors didn’t complain—many of them were at the yard sale!
I won’t lie. Even with Heidi’s help, this was very, very hard for me. I cried a lot. Sometimes I dreaded seeing Heidi’s smiling face in the morning because I knew it meant I was destined to part with more of my precious stuff. But she got me through it and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I now have a model home—the kind you’d expect to see as a display home for a gated community. Everything is neat, clean, and tidy. More importantly, it looks and feels like a real home. I’m proud of it! And with Heidi’s many helpful hints for maintaining a nice and well organized home, I’m going to stay proud of it. I can’t wait to start entertaining and having guests stay overnight again…
