They did a perfect and beautiful work. All the surfaces were prepared a day in advance and two painters finished the job in a couple of days. The team matched the colour samples that we provided very well, and left the remaining paint with us. the workers and the supervisor were very smiley, pleasant and curtious.

The person doing the quote arrived late, but she called ahead to let me know, so it was fine. The price was the best of three quotes we got. The painters completed the job in one day, as promised. They were professional and did an excellent job! Clean lines and beautiful color! I just recommended them to a friend, and I would definitely use them again!

Octavio came out himself and did my estimate. He showed me a few samples and described the process and timeline. The whole thing took four days. One to power wash the walls, one to do crack and hole repair and two to paint (trim one day, walls the next). The entire crew was very skilled and hard workers but Carlos, the stucco guy, was practically an artist. He did an amazing job fixing cracks and hiding old repairs. This is a 50 year old house and there were several areas that had seen DIY work. You can't get rid of all of that but these guys did an amazing job. Both family and neighbors were impressed by how great the house looks now! I will certainly go back to Octavio's for future work.

Octavio arrived on time as scheduled, to give me a quote. Quote was extremely reasonable. Fernando, arrived on time, completed project in a most professional manner. Very, very pleased with the quality. Would highly recommend !!!

The crew showed up promptly on day one. Crew was attentive and professional during project. Supervision and quality control came by during project daily. Adapted well to additional work. Jr and his crew really did a superb job.

It went extremely well. The team, Octavio Sr, Javier and Andres were very professional and focused.

Been a few weeks so don't recall names, but was relieved at the quality of work. Simple, quick observation told me they were competent & trustworthy. Awesome.

They were excellent. The house that they painted was a very large house, over 3,000 sq. ft.  For that size of a house, I'd say that's probably a good price. Quality was excellent. They were professional and good quality service. There were three people. It took less than a week.

Awful. Keep away from Octavio’s Painting unless you want both an awful job and want to waste hours of your time trying to get in touch with them. In addition, they do not communicate with each other and one person does not know what was discussed with the other person. You have to show each person what you want, repeat it and they send a different person each day (before the job is started). When they finally do paint, they do a very poor job. They are supposed to fix any problems with the paint job. However, they do not show up to repair their work in spite of the many promises they make to you. I had a specific date and time and for the repair work to be done. They never showed up. On the day of the appointment to repair their awful job, I called them 6-7 times and waited and waited. They just do not return phone calls and use the answering service to hide behind and not get back to you. To top it all, I paid Octavio when the job was done (or I thought it was done) although he did not ask for me to pay him immediately. So, the job is not finished, Octavio has been paid, they wasted hours of my time, and they do not feel they have to provide me with a receipt. Note: I never tried to lower the agreed upon cost of the painting. Suggestion: do not go with Octavio’s painting. There are many painters to choose from and I recommend you work with one of the many other painters. Octavio’s has no work ethic and just tries to get the job. Once he has the job, it is done very poorly and he wastes hours and hours of your time.

I initially purchased a $99 paint one room deal from Angie's List. I received a call from Octavio shortly thereafter to schedule the work. On the appointed day Octavio showed up with one workman. They both went to work on my dining room. In four hours they had finished. For the price I could not believe the workmanship. The lines were perfectly straight and the coat was even. We were so pleased with their workmanship that we hired them to do the kitchen and breakfast area. They showed up on the appointed day with three workers and got underway. They were clean, efficient and professional. We plan to hire them in the next few months to paint our large living room.

They arrived on time. Deal originally did not include baseboards and trim. Estimate was in my opion very reasonable so I had them do it.
