Work was never done and we ended up hiring a different contractor to complete the job. Then Mitchell issued us a full refund check that came back NSF. To this day they have never paid back the money they owe us.

Most of the upgrade work was satisfactorily completed with a few odds and ends which were ignored. This included failure to install cabinets in the baths and washroom, finishing trim in baths, and touch-up painting. These jobs were paid in advance. The hot tub project was paid separately, in advance, but never started. Approximately 5 -6 weeks after the check was issued nothing had been done so the project was cancelled. A refund check was written, which immediately bounced. We have not been compensated yet (1 year +). Ultimately we filed suit in Metro Court, which we won, but have yet to be paid. My recommendation is to not do business with this company ever.
