Ralph responded immediately to a query via his website, and to email. He and his crew were professional and courteous, quickly loaded up a huge pile of junk, broken furniture and old mattresses, and made it go away. They had brooms and swept the patio clean after taking the junk, and just did a great job. This was a very good value compared to what I've paid for other services.
