Our sales person T.J. listened to what we felt we wanted in a mattress and directed us to the many choices that he would suggest. We tried a variety of mattresses and the choices were a bit overwhelming.  However, Mattress Firm gives you 100 days to try the mattress at home and return it for a full refund or credit towards another mattress if you are not happy.  They also take away your old mattress and box springs and if they are still useable donate them to a woman's shelter or other charity which we liked.  They also furnished us with two new pillows. 
Delivery was to be made between 12 and 3 and the delivery people called us during that window of time and said they were on their way and would be at our home in 30 minutes which they were.  I so appreciated the call letting us know timing and the fact that they arrived during the window of time specified.  The delivery guys were very courteous - offering to put booties over their shoes before walking on our carpet, giving me time to vacuum under the bed, helping me put the bed skirt over the box springs, taking away all wrapping material as well as the old mattress and box springs.  They were also very careful in our small bedroom to not hit the walls, ceiling fan etc when they were bringing in the king size mattress. 
There was only one glitch which was very minor - the furnished pillows they brought were queen size and we had requested king.
However, the delivery person called the store and arranged for us to pick up the king size pillows. 
The entire mattress buying experience went very smoothly and I would recommend Mattress Firm.

We went shopping for a headboard, footboard and box spring at the Mattress Firm location in Enchanted Hills/Rio Rancho.  The associate who helped us was extremely helpful and the prices were right, so we made the purchase and arranged for a delivery to meet our schedule.  When the delivery was made, the delivery team noticed that we did not have a frame on which to attach the headboard and footboard.  They contacted the store and I received a call right away from the sales associate apologizing for the error.  She arranged to have a frame delivered later on the same day, at no cost to me, and another delivery team came and assembled the bed.  Every person was extremely courteous and professional.

It went great. We bought the bed. It was delivered just as promised. They even took our old bed away so we didn't have to worry about disposing of it. I am glad we went with them because I feel we made the right choice.
