Lowe's (3805 Northern Blvd NE)

Had an old bedroom window replaced in condo. Spoke with Fernando with Lowes Installation Sales on Wed. Feb 22 and received good preliminary info. Gonzalo Torrez, Lowes Exterior Sales, came to my unit on Thursday, Feb. 23, did preliminary measure of window, wrote order and arranged for contracting company TrustBilt to perform the work. Monday, Feb. 27, Roger from TrustBilt arrived on time to take accurate measurements custom order window and placed order. Gonzalo Torres from Lowes confirmed the window was received Thursday, March 16. Roger from TrustBilt contacted me & installation was scheduled for Monday, Mar 20. The TrustBilt installers, Danny and Lonnie, arrived on time, were proficient and efficient in the task, easy to have around the house and left a clean job site. They removed and disposed of the old window, new window installed, level, sealed, caulked, grout, etc. and finished nice outside also. Window works well; no leaks; and passed condo regulation inspection. Very pleased with the entire process. Fernando from Lowes did follow up on Friday, 3/24 to make sure all OK and remind about 1 year service warranty from Lowes.

I guess they contract it out. It was good. I can't complain. I don't think they had the most up to date heating and air conditioning products. They don't do it themselves. They have contractors. The pricing was good. I went to another store first and the pricing at Lowe's for everything I was getting was a better price. I would use them again but I would make sure the unit I was getting was a current model. It was good service, just make sure the contractors don't try to pawn off their inventory on you. They were professional. They didn't stop the whole time they were installing it. They didn't even take a break. The area was clean.

It’s great. I love it. Everything is great there. The price is right and it’s convenient and so forth. They charged something that we didn’t need. They were excellent.

They removed the carpet, ground down the cement floor to level it out. Then they put in the under layment and put in the new floor. It took about three days. It did take them a while for them to actually show up and do the work. That took about a month.

They did it quickly. They were very efficiently. They were clean and the price was phenomenal. We also got discount from them. I would absolutely use them again.

Sales person knows the product and went over all specs.
Delivery men had no trouble getting the large appliance in my home. No damages to item or home.
I will use them again. This store is always doing their best to service the customer.  I love this store because they are just that good!

Excellent. They don't even have to do this for me. These people are fantastic.
