We hired Kellogg Agency to oversee our home here that we are renting out and we will be moving to another state. The will maintain and keep up with renters and rental agreements. They are a little more in price percentage but we have not been disappointed yet. We are okay with paying a little more for the comfort of knowing and trusting who will be responsible for our home after our move. The have been excellent and so far doing a great job.

Our experience and assessment of Kellogg agency has been over six years. They have handled our property as if it were their own and have maintained the strictest professional standards. As a result, the first tenant in the house remained there for over five years and left the house in almost immaculate condition.
We like the people at Kellogg Agency and enjoy working with them, but the reader must understand that the agency views us as a client and expects certain things from us. The management fee is reasonable and we are not charged the fee when the house is unoccupied. However, it is most gratifying that the agency does not rush to get renters. Their philosophy seems focused on taking the time to get the right renters for the our business, their convenience and the house's long term viability as a quality structure.

I wrote a previous review in September regarding their management of a rental property. The review was good, but I promised an updated one after the house was rented for a while. Well, they got a good tenant, handle EVERYTHING, and deposit our check each month into our bank account. I can't rave enough! In the world of property management I've heard only horror stories but the Kellogg agency belies that reputation. Yes, they charge 12%, but they are worth every penny! Thank you for professional, excellent service.

The process has been wonderful. If I had it to do all over again, I would have turned the keys over to them at the closing and let them do ALL the prep work. They are competent, professional and very hard working. I gave them a B in price because they charge 12% instead of the 10% I had hear was customary. So far they are worth every penny, but I will be reviewing them again after our tennant has been in a while. We could not be happier.

They are excellent so far. We just started using them in the past two weeks. They provide management for rental properties. We have found them, so far, to be excellent. They are very responsive. They explain what their agency does very well. For a percentage of the rent, they get potential renters, check their credit scores, and so forth. They provide candidates for rental, which we get to approve. Their prices are a little higher than average, but they are good.
