It was a great experience from start to finish.  It was evident that the technicians cared about doing a good job, and they didn't try to nickel and dime me which I appreciated as well.  The price was very reasonable, too.  Ultimately, I'll be using Comfy Home for all of my future heating and air conditioning needs.

They did a fine job and the toilet has been trouble free. One thing in particular that I appreciated -- when they arrived at my house I saw there was a problem with the model they have brought, which was the model I had requested. I said please change it and they did so with no complaint or hesitation.

Not only did Scott and his crew come out and inspect/clean the A/C units, they also checked both heaters. There was something that needed to be fixed so they ended up having to charge me for the full hour... they finished early and rather than just leave, they took the extra time and checked all of the toilets for leaks and then tightened the faucet on the kitchen sink. This wasn't the first time we have used them for repairs... our old rental company used them and that is how we met them. Scott has always been professional and prompt. He charges a fair price and makes sure that the job is done right. His right hand man (really tall guy and I feel bad I can't remember his name) is wonderful. I had an issue in the rental where we didn't have any A/C in the middle of summer and he came out on the weekend to make sure that the fix held. Very, very courteous! We recommend them to everyone and only call them!
