They're better than the dealerships for oil changes. They're pretty good. I've used them through the years. I don't have any real complaints about them. Sometimes, you do end up paying more than you expected to paid when you went in, because they find stuff, like the air conditioning filter.

When I left to get my oil change I had four hub caps but when I came home I only had three. I only went to get my oil changed then directly back to the house. when I complained about the missing hub cap the manager showed me a tape of my car entering the service bay with a hub cap missing but there was no time stamp on the tape so I did not know when that footage was taken. The oil change was as expected, but they are constantly doing selling of additional services such as radiator flushes and transmission services. If you don't partake of the services they have a tendency to act a little miffed. After this incident I stopped going to Jiffy Lube.
