from onset work did not progress very well. Rebar inspection failed. Cement co adv that his ck had bounced. Rio Rancho inspectors found 10 violations. Argued with inspectors. inspectors adv me that if his attitude continued they would fail the construction. Drywall did not fit properly becuase framing was done improperly. Could not finish stucco due to lack of funds. I finally had to pay for stucco. I ended up paying an additional $1000 for work he did not finish or did not do properly. I would not hire this marginal "handiman" for anything. He does not know the construction business. I have documentation for all his shoddy work

I would not recommend this contractor for any work other than trash removal. By all means, if you should hire him, do not pay him until work is done and have your attorney look at his contract. Do not hire this unprofessional company. You will regret it. He is also racially biased often referring to contractors with derogatory comments about their ancestory.
