Kevin handled everything from installing appliances, troubleshooting my hot water heater and replacing parts to finding out why my garbage disposal kept blowing all the fuses in my kitchen (prior bad contractor)

Kevin of Haus Evolution is one of the Best, Skilled, and Trustworthy individuals I had ever hired. His attention to detail is amazing. He went above and beyond of what we had designed. I am very impressed and would hire him again.

Kevin is amazing, he is very responsive and a true engineer, He not only is meticulous but always comes up with the best solution. I have gone into projects with ideas, and he always comes up with better solutions that save me time and money in the future. He will tell you if he can handle the job, and if not he will get you a referral. He is as good, honest and fair priced as they come. He is moving soon, and we are so sad to see him move but whatever city he lands is lucky to have him. I can'y say enough good things about Kevin!

I had a very positive experience with Haus Evolution. Kevin was very professional, punctual, and accommodating. He was able to troubleshoot several issues I was having with malfunctioning doors, window screens, and plumbing. He firmly anchored grab bars to to wall tile, and mounted my flat TV to drywall. He caulked bathroom and kitchen areas neatly, and re-positioned a ceiling light fixture. He was careful not to dirty or scratch my floors, wearing shoe covers the whole time, and protected all surfaces he was working on, leaving everything clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin, and I highly recommend him!

It turns out he had to do quite a bit of investigating as the prior contractor had hooked up the garbage disposal to a gfci outlet behind the refrigerator on the other side of the kitchen!! That is not how to install a garbage disposal. Kevin made the repairs and it is now installed properly and works great. I plan to have Kevin help me fix a lot of the wrongs of the prior contractor as his work is top notch!

I’ve hired Kevin Bachman at least five times. He is a remarkable handyman. He asks for the list of projects ahead of time, and shows up at the job with the right tools and the right materials. He works diligently. He looks for the best (and most efficient) way to approach any job. His range of capabilities is really broad. He’s done high end work for me in electrical and carpentry. He’s installed outdoor electrical outlets, built a beautiful set of shelves for our mudroom, build a cabinet to house my video equipment, repaired doors, shutters and dressers that didn’t close, installed high end WeMo lighting switches, patched a hole made by a woodpecker, painted, stained, etc. He even figured out how to assemble a huge baseball backstop that didn’t come with instructions. The guy can do pretty much anything. And he’ll figure out the easiest and least expensive way to fix something that works. For example - some little plastic rails broke on a cheap, but functional dresser, making it impossible to use the middle drawer. He first thought he’d replace them with wood, but then realized he could swap them out with the unbroken rails on the bottom drawer, and install the broken ones on the bottom drawer backwards and everything worked perfectly. Took him probably 1/3 the time. He’ll do that regularly: I had shutters that kept getting stuck. I assumed they needed to be planed down. He merely adjusted the location of the hinges slightly and everything works perfectly - no cutting, no mess, much faster. And he couldn’t be nicer or easier to work with. I highly recommend Kevin.
