They were very friendly and polite; worked very h****** problem areas; were very careful while inside wearing booties, etc.
The job took nearly twice the time mentioned at estimate visit and they stayed with the price quoted. I appreciated that although their day must have been running behind, the owner took his time while instructing me how to inspect the work. I have never used a window-cleaning service. What a nice experience!
