We've used them since 1996. They do our whole house and we never see a bug. If bugs do show up, they come right back.

This company is very good. All of its employees are knowledgeable, arrive on time, and are very thorough. I have used them for termite and insect control and a rodent problem.

I will give them a rating of “A” on everything. I’ve had them for a close to thirty five years. They are reliable and dependable. I never had a problem. They tell me if I have a problem I can just call them back which I never had to do. They are definitely professional. Everyone of the people who comes are very professional.

I am new to the area so I had no idea about the amount of bugs that are around out here. The guy was very good at explaining what kind of bugs I can expect to see and not to freak out. He explained how long it takes for the poison to kill the bugs. It was very helpful and the poison has been affective. The price is very reasonable as well.

I always ask for Bob to be assigned to me, and my closest friend uses him also. He is very friendly and careful. I think he's really wonderful and very professional. He never suggests that I have the service more than is actually needed. Often, companies will try to put you on a "regular service" contract, but Bob never pressures me. I really respect that! This is an honest company!

THEY DO ALRIGHT WORK. THEY ARE JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANY AROUND. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, AND THE WORKERS ARE POLITE AND KIND.

THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND KIND. THEY'RE DEDICATED TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. BEFORE THEY LEFT THEY ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE I MIGHT NEED FROM THEM AND TOLD ME IF I HAVE ANYMORE PROBLEMS THEY'LL COME BACK.
