I have been using their services since October 2009 when they were doing business as Rio Rancho Pest Control. They come every other month during the warmer months (March through November). When I moved into the house in October 2009, it was full of ants and there were other types bugs too. After using their survices since that time, it is now very rare that I see any bugs even in the yard or garage, and extremely rare that I see one in the house. The technician who comes to my house is super polite and very respectful of my property. No contracts are required -- they will come as often or not as I prefer, though the every other month routine seems to be optimal for keeping bugs away. I am very happy with their services -- I don't want to share my home with bugs. They were originally recommended to me by my next door neighbors who also continue to use their services on a regular basis.
