Good and fast.

They were no pressure sales. We didn't feel pressured when we went in there. That makes a big difference. We could relax and talk to them without worrying about what they are slipping in next. I think they have a great team down there and I would do business with them again.

We have used them for years. I bought a new car in 2000 and we got a 2011 from them. With their warranty and their people working there they give you more than a fair break.

They are very quick. I am in and out in 30 minutes. I have had no issues with this provider.

It went really well. They called me by name, and the waiting room was very nice. It only took about an hour. They were very kind, polite, and even called me and asked how things went. I left paperwork there and they mailed it to me. They were very accommodating.

We'd rather not use them. Everything is just a pain. Their service over there has always been funky. They want to change prices all over the place. The works seems to have always been halfway decent.

service went fine. I had no idea why my battery went dead when it was not that old. They explained to me it was due to very cold winter.

I have bought numerous vehicles from Don Chalmers, and they have really gone downhill. The service department was horrible this time around. I won't be going back. My A/C wasn't blowing cold air, and I needed an oil change. They re-charged the A/C coolant and did oil change. When I got truck home, huge puddle of oil under truck. Had it taken back to Chalmers. Found the service department had not placed oil plug / bolt in correctly. Oil leaked out - unknown extent of engine damage. Went on business trip a few weeks later - A/C went out (middle of summer) in Texas. Dealer in Texas found that Chalmers had ignored broken A/C clutch bolt, and left A/C and quot;hanging by a wireand quot;. Again, unknown extent of engine damage. Took 3 days to get repaired in Texas. Called Chalmers several times, they were incredibly rude. Even the dealer in Texas was shocked by their response.

They have always been friendly and consistently professional with their service.

The experience was superb and the service was under my auto's warranty. The people are very professional, punctual and polite. They send me reminder emails to bring my vehicle in for service. They also provide a loaner vehicle for me to use if I need it. I receive an email when the vehicle is complete as well as a follow up email from them. Their service is really excellent.

Ford make a great produce but my advise to members is to stay away from this dealer if that is were you plan to have your service done.

It was the most quick and painless car purchase we have ever made. We did not need to endure hours of negotiations on price on either the trade in or the purchased vehicle. The salesman and the finance people were nice and efficent. when we found the cd player was not working, even though it was a 5 year old honda(not ford), Don Chalmers was more than willing to pay for a reasonable replacement. The sales department is a little over does it, but the service department is really good. I had an electrical problem and it took them 3 or 4 tries before they were able to actually replace the electrical system. I don’t think it was their policy but the Ford corporate policy, but they were very dedicated trying to find the problem.

I go there because there is a customer service representative waiting for you. The staff is very friendly. They are open until midnight. If you have bought a vehicle from them they give you a free loaner while yours is being repaired.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP SCRATCHES I HAD ON THERE FOR FREE, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS EXTREMELY GENEROUS OF THEM. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

THE BACK BUMPER JUST HAD A DENT IN IT YET THEY PUT A BRAND NEW ONE ON FOR US. IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY GOT MY CAR IN RIGHT AWAY AND DID THE JOB IN THE FIRST HOUR. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.

I LIKED HOW THEY CALLED ME TO GIVE ME THE ESTIMATED COST BEFORE THEY STARTED WORKING ON THE CAR. THEY DID A GOOD JOB BECAUSE NOW THE LIGHTS WORK. IT IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL PLACE.
