Direct Access Automated Gates

Dana and his wife did an excellent installation of two gate motors, a solar collector with battery, and open/close controls for our existing metal gate. He found that the gate needed to be modified, and he was able to do the modification on the spot. He spot painted the welds to prevent rust, and I got the gates powder coated later. His estimate was good, and the price was very fair. The finished installation is excellent. Almost a year later, one of my gate hinges failed. Dana was able to come out and fix the broken gate within a couple days after I called, and he charged a very reasonable price for the repair. I will definitely call him again for future work. We are very pleased with the work.

He showed up on time to give us estimates and completed work as scheduled. Dana is knowledgeable about required code and made sure that our gates, loops and systems were up-to-date and up to code. Everything was as planned. Dana came out and inspected for size and operation. Less than a week later it was installed. Labor covered for 1 year, opener for 2 years.

Friendly, on time, came up with the idea of using the same remotes to do both jobs. The old remotes we had always needed new batteries and cost three times as much as his.

Doug did an excellent job on a complicated project!!! The design was great and the execution was wonderful.

The owner was very responsive...called me back right away, got out to my house on the same day to look at my gate and called and came back to fix the gate when he said he would.  I would definitely use Direct Access again - they did a great job and their responsiveness and professionalism are top notch!

We have used this company before when one of the actuators (the motorized assembly that pull the gate open and shut) failed.  They did not do the initial installation.  The repair had gone well, so when our battery-operated keypad failed, we called them again--during the Holiday week.  The service was prompt, the estimate was what we paid and we got a good install that works much better than our old set-up. 
This was not a trivial job.  It involved trenching and concrete work.  Everything was done quickly and without problems.
