They were fine and I have no complaints. They performed quite well.

Leaking of water supply under fridge. It soon became clear that a mouse (or two) in search of water had bitten through the external supply line hoses causing the supply water to be dumped on the floor under the fridge. The service people replaced the line with an equal plastic line but refused to use a copper replacement line which would have solved future problems of this type. So we (the owner) purchased a length of copper line and installed it ourselves. Nice guys but they wanted to accomplish a quick fix and get out, which they did. After they left we(the owners) made the change to copper lines ourselves so the problem wouldn't happen again. We suggest to future customers that they have reasonable knowledge of the details of the problem and discuss fix alternatives(and costs) with the repair people before the repair is begun. The customer should insist on questioning the alternatives and decide on the fix that the customer wants considering time and cost factors.

THEY ARE VERY KIND AND THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO APPLIANCES. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY TO USE FOR HOUSE HOLD SERVICES THAT NEED DONE.

I HAVE USED THEM MORE THAN ONCE ALREADY. MOSTLY, I LIKE THAT THEY ARE HONEST. I ALSO LIKE THAT THEY DON'T GIVE YOU NO BOLOGNA, AT LEAST IN MY EXPERIENCES WITH THEM.
