Property Management
The person they have in their office, Helen, is fantastic and very responsive. She gets back to us. We don’t care for the actual management of the place, but their person is good. She stays in contact with us when we want her to, and she is working with us now to get our contractors in before we move back in to get our house painted and re carpeted. She has been working with us really well, and she has been really helpful. We do appreciate that. We provided the tenant because we had a friend who needed a place and we gave her at a reduced price. They did a decent job. We had some trouble with the lawn.
