Before moving to ABQ, I did a bit of research on pests, especially roaches, and regular spraying was part of a solid plan. I had CTL do an initial spray at move-in and now on a regular maintenance schedule moving forward. I haven't seen a one, and I'd like to keep it that way. Pricing is fair, they're professional, and I will continue using CTL for as long as I'm in my home; highly recommend.
