Clean Sweep Cleaning Service.LLC

I found Clean Sweep's services to be marginal. They seemed in a rush to complete the job in less than an hour each time no matter whether they had two people or three, and didn't pay much attention to detail. If I wanted them to clean the counters in the kitchen, I had to remove all of the appliances, etc. Otherwise, they just cleaned around things. The same with vaccuuming. They didn't lift things up and clean under them. They skipped a few items before and we had to have them come back. It seems they rarely vaccuumed the stairs never did the baseboards at all, even though that is mentioned as part of their services. Also, they didn't call to schedule one month, said it was because of illness, which was fine, but then they didn't call the month after that and claimed they were on vacation, but never notified us. We almost hired someone else that month because it seemed like they didn't want our business anymore. Finally, we decided we could do just as good a job ourselves, since they weren't all that thorough. They SEEM good on the surface because they are very professional with their own truck and uniforms, plus they add little touches like making beds and folding the toilet paper, but we really needed someone to THOROUGHLY clean our bathrooms, kitchen and floors. I really liked the Clean Sweep people themselves and really loved paying online via PayPal, but we feel strongly that we can find someone who can do the job better. In response to the comments, some of these allegations are exaggerated and others are simply false. We won't dignify them with a more detailed rebuttal. Given the unprofessional, vindictive nature of this company's reply on Angie's List, we wish we had rated them an F rather than a C. We are glad we decided to discontinue their service, since they apparently have a very low opinion of us and our home. We are disgusted that we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and opportunities to improve given the attitude they apparently harbored for over a year.

Wow! I am so impressed with Clean Sweep Cleaning. We were out of town and I wanted to surprise my wife by having someone come and clean the house while we were gone. From my hotel room I submitted several inquiries to house cleaning companies in the Albuquerque. Clean Sweep was the ONLY company to even respond. I had several conversions with Mike (one of the owners) and felt very comfortable. He even answered the phone at 9pm to help me by answering some questions. Bottom line I decided to give them a try. Clean Sweep rearranged their schedule in order to accommodate my travel schedule and help me surprise my wife. They did an amazing job. Not only was I very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail before the job I was amazed with the actual job. Clean Sweep made my house warm and welcoming for us. My wife was blown away. She said it was one of the best surprises I have ever done for her. Clean Sweep made this happen. Thank you Mike and Heather for your outstanding service and for helping me out on such short notice! I will recommend your business to anyone who asks. See you in 2 weeks :) Mike LeMoine
