Cacy's Bobcat, Grading & Excavation LLC

I bought a house with a drive that the previous owner had someone put down several inches of river rock as a driveway on top of sand. You could barely walk on it. It never packed. I got stuck in my driveway twice. It was a mess. I wanted all the river rocks removed. I also had a small retaining wall needed removed. Frank came when he said he would and gave me an estimate as well as gave me advice on what was needed for the type of sandy ground on the west side. He also gave me an estimated date when he could do the work which he also got very close too. He did an excellent job of replacing my driveway. I am very happy with the results. I'll have him back when I need any more bobcat work done.

Frank went above and beyond for a great price. He came on a Saturday to view the yard and provide an estimate, stuck by his quote, and had the job complete in one day. What parts of the yard he couldn't access with the tractor, he cleaned by hand, even weeding the cracks in the concrete of my patio. He contacted me to ask about how I wanted certain areas to look instead of just doing what he wanted, which delivered a result that was infinitely better than what I've experienced from others in the past. I will be contacting him again to help bring in top soil, compost, and gravel.

Frank was hired to clear my back yard and did an excellent job. He even helped with clearing the weeds on a side yard. Great service and great price.

The road to access my property was in terrible shape with 12" ruts.  Based on other Angies list reviews, I called Frank.  He came out immediately to give me a free quote.  He was very professional with a reasonable quote.  He showed up on time and did an amazing job with the road!!!  I am very pleased with his work and will not hesitate to use him again!!  THANKS FRANK!!

We are very happy with the work Frank did. All went exactly as planned and for the estimated cost. Frank was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to what we needed, very helpful in helping us choose which material to use for our driveway, and I would definitely use his services again!

Mr. Cacy visited site to measure and determine cost for materials and labor.  Arrived at appointed day and time.  (I always appreciate this quality in any contractor so that I can schedule my own work hours.) It is obvious that Mr. Cacy knows his business because all work was completed in the time he charged for.  I asked him to return to grade another smaller area and remove debris from a large back lot.  Again, this was very reasonably priced and the work done was excellent.  I highly recommend his services.

It went great. I left a somewhat desperate message on Frank's voicemail and he called back within 10 minutes. Very impressive.  We scheduled to meet the following day so he could look at the situation and give me an estimate.  I was okay with that but he called me back and said he had some time in the afternoon and could meet sooner. I was very happy with that.  He came by, we walked the property discussed some alternatives and he gave me an estimate and we scheduled work for the next day.

Frank showed up on time both days unloaded the bobcat and went to work.  I pretty much left him on his own and he did exactly what we talked about. If something came up we had not previously discussed we talked about it before he proceeded. He periodically had me look at the work to ensure it was what I was expecting.    It took 2 days to get all the work I wanted done and I was beyond happy with what he did for me.

Frank is very professional and extremely good at what he does. He was a pleasure to work with. The entire experience was very positive.

I liked the quality of work and his professionalism. He was extremely punctual. He did everything he said he was going to do. The quality was wonderful. He was expensive but he was worth it because he did such a good job. He is a one man business.

When I called he came over the next day to give me a quote. I went ahead and schedule a day for the work, a couple of weeks away. The day the work was planned he failed to show up. When I called him he deeply apologized. He had forgotten to put me in his schedule book and completely messed up. Normally I would of said forget it, but I badly needed to get the work done. He went out of his way to make up for it. Dispite him being completely book for the week, he came out late on that Friday afternoon after he already done a couple of jobs that day. He keep calling to keep me informed as to when he would be there, and that he wasn't going to forget me this time. I guess we all make mistakes, but it is how we handled them that is important. So the C rating for the punctuality is for him forgetting the appointment, otherwise he did a great job and I would hire him again.

Excellent job. Suggested just the right material, spread and leveled it perfectly. Looked great when he was finished.

I knowingly paid Mr. Cacy more than the other bid due to his rating on Angie's List and was not disappointed.  I bought a lot that needed restoration work done, Frank communicated well with me, showed up on time and did a fine job.  As a part time resident, it is frequently a challenge to get contractors to execute as planned, but Frank did exactly what was requested, did an additional task, on time and without incident.  Would recommend Cacy's Bobcat / Excavation to others that need this type of work done.

Provider did an estimate prior to work. Upon hiring, he was early and ready for the job. He used a bobcat and a dump truck. He was professional. We would recommend highly.
