any one else hate cable one or sparklight? let comcast come to Rio Rancho! The price is absurd compared to other major providers. The service is commonly interrupted. The price is always going up even though we are promised our monthly bill will be so and so, so that we had a budget. It is always changing. A ridiculous company and I am livid that Cable One has a contract in Rio Rancho to monopolize ISP and cable providers. A monopoly removes competition between companies which is basically the only thing consumers can use to fight against bad service, high costs, etc. Simply ridiculous.

They have the monopoly on the cable and telephone service in Rio Rancho NM. And Century Link the other telephone service their charges are outrages and service bad.

Called to cancel service after realizing $200/month was too expensive for Internet that was slow and spotty and cable we rarely watched. Was told that I needed to drop all equipment off before our contract could be canceled, even though the office hours were completely unreasonable. I had to take an afternoon off work to accommodate their hours. After turning in the equipment, I was told a final bill would arrive in 3-5 days. The next day, I received a bill, charging me for the equipment I had returned. I ended up taking another afternoon off to resolve the issue. Would not recommend their service or customer service!

The internet speed that they provide us is pretty fast. Whenever I called them to fix something they cmae out and fix it.
