It's a "Good ole Boy" place. Very unprofessional, unorganized, lack communication, and slow, slow slow.! There are many good choices for auto service in Rio Rancho, and this is NOT one of them!

Big Time 4x4 Installed a 6' lift kit to my Husbands newer model Chevy 4x4. I took it back a week later to make sure everything was tight under the vehicle after a long trip. At that time they also Applied a Rust treatment Chemical & Sealant to the under carriage. We had a few bumps that the Owner Chad Sprouse took care of promptly.
It has been 5 months since this service & I will be returning for a 2nd Under carriage Rust treatment soon.
This was a Surprise for my Husband & we were both Happy with the results.
I will be using Big Time 4x4 in the Future.

He was very fair with his pricing. He explained everything that needed to be done. He also gave me a 6 month warranty on everything that he worked on. There's nothing wrong with his workmanship. We had some issues and he warrantied that and fixed that without charging me. He is professional and friendly. He is willing to explain what he found and what he thinks that needs to be done. I'd continue to go back to him. His prices are reasonable.
