Very knowledgeable. Even showed us a dead scorpion like the one that had gotten into our house. In Four Hills we get several different kinds of creepy crawlers. Will continue to use service. Can't imagine anyone being any nicer, knowledgeable and efficient.

Chris has taken care of our pest control needs for 2-1/2 years. He's been outstanding at identifying and treating problems and explaining where bugs are coming from and how to treat them. He's the whole package: expertise, experience, and a very fair price.

We were remodeling a closet and took off 12 year old floor moulding only to find termite tracks! Our handyman recommended Atomic as a good exterminator. Chris came out and diagnosed an isolated infestation of termites. He treated the local area quickly. But he said while there wasn't obvious evidence of any further infestation, he'd have to reinspect periodically. A few weeks later, we remodeled another closet and saw the tracks again in a different area of the house. Chris came back and then did a full termite eradication treatment. He credited us for the work already done and gave us a 5 year warranty. During that time he will periodically re-inspect the house. Chris was very professional, explaining all that needed to be done. he pointed to his great reputation on Angie's list which we checked and confirmed. He was punctual and efficient in both treatments. His price was reasonable and he was very professional.

They called and left a message once. I returned the call a few days later since I was out of town. No response. I called again and left a message. No response. I still don't know if I paid them.

"Sorry to hear about your experience. I am a little confused though. Since you left a review, Angie's list provides me with your name and address. I checked my records and I have nobody with your last name or address. I drove out to your address and I can tell you that I have never been to your home. I left a note on a white Buick that was parked outside because I was unable to get to the front door because of the gate being locked for the courtyard. I am a single man operation, so there are no other employees who you may have dealt with. You state that your not sure if you paid, if I had done service, you would have a service invoice from me and I require payment at time of service, unless I have a credit card on file. You should be able to check your bank or credit card statement for this. I'm guessing with the simple confusion of not knowing whether you paid or not, that maybe this review should be for another company. There is a company "1 Atomic pest control" as well in the area. There has been several issues for me since this company started with such a similar name. In any case, I hope you figure out if you paid someone or not and who it was. I am sorry again for any inconvenience."

Chris came to our home because we were having an ant problem in the kitchen. He sprayed indoors and outdoors for the ants, as well as, for spiders and roaches. The service was excellent -- efficient, prompt, and professional. I will use his pest control services again.

Chris sprayed all the places the ants were or where they could be nesting. He also gave me a tutorial on pests and what to watch for. Very satisfied. I will hire him again if needed.

While waiting for Chris to call me back, my neighbor came over, was pretty sure they were carpenter ants and sprayed Raid, which did the trick. When Chris returned my call, I explained the situation and he offered to come out for a free inspection anyway. He arrived the following day, right on time, took a look, and explained how these ants were different from termites in there pattern and location. I asked if he could come out to spray for roaches, ants and mice and he had time right then. He did a very thorough job inside and out and in my back shed and charged only $60! I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

The Owner/Technician was on time and very thorough in his explanation and performance of the job. Although I only had ants the owner informed me that I would observe roaches as well as spiders and other pests dead inside and outside the house a few days after he performed the extermination service, which I did He was very professional and I would recommend his services to anyone in need.
