Appraisal Express West, LLC

Errol M. Kulchar is an incompetent and unethical appraiser. I would never do business again with Appraisal Express West, LLC or Quicken Loans as they ordered the appraisal for the sale of our house through this business. The appraisal was off on the value by approximately 27k and was full of inaccuracies. He totally missed multiple features in the house, never did an actual inspection of the house in or out, even though he stated he did an interior and exterior inspections. He used photos that were almost two years old from when we bought the house, failing to account for the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. His comparison home sales were a year old even though there had been more recent sales to use. We offered a complete list of upgrades, features and photos and the appraiser refused to reconsider. He did provide an updated appraisal with no change in value, features or comparison. All he did was say he was unable to inspect due to COVID-19, which he failed to mention in the original appraisal. This whole process created quite a hassle in selling our house and a loss of proceeds.
