We are thoroughly pleased. I met with Mike, from Amtek Builders, several times and he made sure that we knew what was going on, got what we wanted and he worked with us to keep costs down. He gave us project and payment timetables and was very clear about everything. Mike is an experienced professional who is easy to work with. His work is fast, affordable and high quality. I recommend Mike highly and would use Amtek again for a building project.

Mike Antonen, owner of Amtek Builders, met with us to see the site for a detached 3-car garage. We also met with two other contractors prior to choosing Mr. Antonen. Mr. Antonen came highly recommended by BAC roofing. We were impressed by Mr. Antonen's professionalism/knowledge and the fact that he is a certified building inspector as well as a general contractor.

We are so  pleased we chose Mike Antonen/Amtek Builders for construction of our detached 3-car garage . He and his subcontractors did an  excellent job. We were able to pay by installments as each part of the construction was completed. When we decided to add some decorative tiles to the front of the garage prior to stucco, Mr. Antonen stated that he was always willing to work with his customers and enjoys building custom homes and adding touches that reflect home owners individual styles. He was always readily available during construction if we had a question.

We are planning on converting our pre-existing attached garage to a family room, workroom, and half bath. We will be hiring Mike Antonen/Amtek Builders again for this project and recommend him wholeheartedly to friends and family. There is absolutely no stress involved in the construction process when it is in Mike's capable hands..
