Disappointed (again). Been to the shop several times based on endorsements and reviews. Only once did I NOT have to bring the vehicle back for them to get it right, and that was for a window regulator replacement. Most recently, I took my car there when I discovered that the A/C had developed a leak. I recharged the system and added dye to isolate the leak. Described the problem to Rocky, told him where to have the technician look. They were very busy with cars parked all over the lot waiting to be serviced. I left the car for three days to ensure that they could spend time with it. While they had it, I asked that they check the radiator cooling fan, and a common error code for options to address it. Received a call on Friday afternoon stating there was no A/C leak, the cooling fan was fine, and the error code would require a top-end tear-down. "It's ready to be picked up," was the cheerful pronouncement. Picked up the car on Saturday morning, after paying $344.36. Driving home I turned on the A/C and got nothing but hot air. Argh. Took the car back just after they opened on Monday, described the A/C problem again, and left with hope that this would be quickly resolved. That afternoon I received a call, and they found the leak. Right where I had pointed it out the previous week. Then the estimate came to replace the lower hose at over $385 (hose $85, and 2 hours [really?!] of labor). I asked for a credit from the previous service ($49.31 for R134a and dye, plus $59.95 for A/C service, plus $98 for "test system"). To which the reply was, "There is nothing to credit." I protested that the problem was stated by me, diagnosis was wrong, and the cumulative cost was over $200 with a failure to fix the problem. No luck. I did receive a call back 10 minutes after I stated that I want the car back and I would never return. The conciliatory offer was to waive the charges for refilling the R134a and dye. Sorry, no. Never will return. (BTW, I fixed the A/C leak. Was not the lower hose, nor the upper hose. It was the compressor and I got a new one for just under $90. Hose removal (both), compressor R&R, and recharge of the system took me just under 90 minutes.)

Wonderful results, my heater and turn indicators work perfectly! Two other mechanics (including a dealership) were unable to fix my problems. Highly recommend these folks for both the routine and difficult auto servicing. Pricing is good and they were nice enough to even take me home and pick me up when finished. Very courteous and helpful! Replaced front brake pads/rotors, oil change & lube, serpentine belt and fixed problem with turn indicators (new hazard switch and wiring)

Outstanding service! Took care of us right away, performed all services, gave us updates on the service as we waited, then went over everything they did/found to ensure we understood the condition our vehicle was in. Absolutely the best!

I went in to ask for an appointment and they said they work on a "first come - first serve" basis. So I asked, "How about now?" They said OK. I didn't have the coupon on their website with me because I didn't think they'd get me in that day. But they honored the web coupon anyway. About 90 minutes later I was on my way. Their waiting room is very pleasant. Good experience.

They did a normal routine service and inspected my window washer tank because it was leaking. The tank was cracked and they had to order one. I'll return tomorrow to have it replaced.
