We wanted a small, but irregularly shaped area to complete our backyard landscaping and at the same time provide a low maintenance area for our aging labrador retriever. Yvonne and the Always Green NM team exceeded our expectations in every respect, from initial contact to professional installation and follow-up. The installed turf is attractive, functional, and easy to maintain. Always Green NM gets our highest recommendation for quality, communication, and professionalism.

Called Lou to come by to discuss our ideas on installing synthetic grass and to landscape the entire back yard. Lou and Yvonne came by our home within a day and at a time that worked for us. We shared our ideas and came up with a design, they shared with us samples of the turf and rock. They provided us a couple vendors of the rock and pavers so that we could go by and view the options. A quote was emailed within a day. The next weekend we went to view the rocks and pavers, we selected what we wanted but changed our mind on the design layout. Lou and Yvonne came back out again first thing Monday morning to go over the new design, they we very accommodating and were concerned with our satisfaction. At that time we provided a down payment for the synthetic turf to be ordered.
From that time it took approximately 3 weeks for the turf that we selected to arrive, as promised. On the day of installation, five works came out first thing in the morning. Lou also came to our home to see that the work went smoothly, Rudy, the supervisor, kept us updated through out the day as the project progressed. The crew worked like a well oiled machine, they were very courteous and professional. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough about the quality of the crew's work and Rudy's customer service and professionalism. It looks great and was exactly what we wanted, Lou came by the next business day to receive the final payment and his only concern was our total satisfaction of the completed project.
I can't say enough about the high level of professionalism and customer service provided by everyone at Always Green NM. I would recommend them to everyone and have confidence that they would again do an excellent job.
